We are not able to allow anything to be attached to hotel walls, etc; no fresh flower petals, no pyrotechnics without prior authorization, and only water-based fog machines.
Date changes are case by case and potentially mirror cancellation.
In the event of a group cancellation occurring 0 to 3 business days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Room Night Commitment, one hundred percent (100%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue, and Total Meeting Room Rental will be due, plus applicable taxes.
In the event of a group cancellation occurring 4 business days to 90 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of ninety percent (90%) of the Room Night Commitment and forty percent (40%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes.
In the event of a group cancellation occurring 91 to 180 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of eighty percent (80%) of the Room Night Commitment and forty percent (40%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes.
In the event of a group cancellation occurring 181 to 365 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of seventy percent (70%) of the Room Night Commitment and forty percent (40%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes.
In the event of a group cancellation occurring between the time of acceptance of this contract and 366 days prior to arrival, liquidated damages in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Room Night Commitment and forty percent (40%) of the Minimum Banquet Food and Beverage Revenue will be due, plus applicable taxes.
Valet parking is available at our main entrance on 2nd Street between Main and Houston Street. A master account can be set up to post valet and self-parking charges for all attendees to the final bill.

Rental rates apply, the rate is subject to negotiation based on total expected revenue.
There is normally not a fee for cleanup, however, if there is excessive confetti, party favors, etc up to $500 may be charged for the extra time required.
There is an additional cost for a bridal suite, however, we can set aside small meeting rooms to be used for changing purposes. These are included at no fee.
