- Horseshoe Garden and The Grove Package - $4000 + $600 refundable deposit
- 2 hours in the Horseshoe Garden, a manicured lawn with far-reaching limbs of old oak trees and perennial flower beds surrounding, for your ceremony.
- All day (8am - 10pm) in the Grove, a heavily-treed grassy area conveniently located close to private parking and restrooms. Customers complete this area by renting a tent from Grand Events to have their reception under.
- 100 ceremony chairs
- A staff member on-site
- Trash containers provided
- All day photo-pass of the areas rented + the trail garden
- Japanese Garden Package - $3700 + $600 refundable deposit. Maximum guest count - 150
- 6 hours in the Moon Viewing Deck, an architectural, blank-slate type space with a backdrop of Japanese maples, for your ceremony.
- 6 hours in the Japanese Pavilion, a mostly covered area that overlooks the koi pond and includes a kitchen/bar area and a loading zone for your vendors, for your reception

- 6 hour photo-pass to the entire 7.5 acre Japanese Garden
- Fuller Garden and Oak Hall Package - $2800 + $600 refundable deposit. Maximum guest count - 150
- 2 hours in Fuller Garden, a colorful blooming garden with a gazebo and waterfall, for your ceremony.
- 6 hours in Oak Hall, our largest indoor banquet hall with courtyard views and shared access to the caterer's kitchen, for your reception

Do you allow for outside catering (e.g., Indian food)?
Yes, we are able to work with any insured caterer.
Are there any other fees?
The only other fee is the $600 refundable damage deposit.
Do you allow for ceremonial fires?
No, we do not allow open flames.
What else should I know about weddings at The Fort Worth Botanic Garden?
Outdoor reception tables and chairs must be rented from a third-party vendor. Outdoor events require catering from a caterer with an insurance certificate. If you decide to have alcohol, the purchase of the alcohol and bartender services must go through our on-site restaurant Rock Springs Café and a police officer must be on-site during the entire time of your rental. We hire the police officer for you and you pay them the day of the event at the rate of $60/hr for a minimum of 4 hours.
