What are your wedding packages?

Do you allow ceremonial fire for a Hindu wedding?

No, we do not allow open flame.

Do you allow for outside catering (e.g., Indian food)?

At times, we allow outside catering. The Site Rentals Manager must make an exception and approve the caterer. The caterer must be a full-service caterer, sign a contract, and provide COI.

When was the venue last renovated?  

2015.

What all is included in the venue rental?

Are there any decor / design restrictions? 

Glitter, sparklers, open flames are prohibited. Flower petals are only allowed in empty vases around the Villa and the fountain.

What is your date change/cancellation policy?

Patron must notify the Site Rentals Department in writing in the case of any cancellation. If the Patron cancels the Event, or cancellation is caused by any other material breach of this Agreement by the Patron before the Event, the parties acknowledge that it would be difficult to ascertain the exact amount of damages that the Venue may suffer due to lost revenue, staff time, and unrecoverable expenses. Please note that the Membership fee is non-refundable in the case of any cancellation. In such event, Patron agrees to pay the Venue the following amounts:

• Cancellation more than 3 months before event: Forfeit 50% of Rental Fees. Damage Deposit is refunded.
• Cancellation within 3 months to two weeks of event: Forfeit 100% of Rental Fees. Damage Deposit is refunded.
• Cancellation within 14 days of event: Forfeit 100% of Rental & Labor & Additional Services Due. Damage Deposit is refunded.

What is the cost of parking for wedding guests? 

No fee.

How early can vendors arrive to set up at the venue? 

Vendors can come as early as 3pm for set up. If they choose to come earlier, there is a $625/hour fee to set up early.

Will venue staff help with cleanup, and is there an added fee for this? 

The catering company must be full service and clean up after the wedding.

Do the venues come with a bridal suite or changing room? 

No.
