What are your wedding packages? 

Starting Food & Beverage minimums are $10,000++ and up, pricing depends on the number of guests and date requested. Please message the venue for accurate pricing.

Do you allow for outside catering (e.g., Indian food)?

Yes, we do allow outside catering. Our outside catering fee is $50 per person.

Do you allow for ceremonial fires?

Yes, we do allow small ceremonial fires.

What are your adult beverage packages?

When was the venue last renovated?

Never – we were built and opened in 2017.

What all is included in the wedding venue rental (e.g., tables, chairs, linen etc)? 

8’ Rectangular Linen-less Dining Tables, Chairs for Ceremony & Reception, Black Staging, Dance Floor & Table for your DJ, Cake & Gift Table, Plates, Silverware, Glassware, Linen Napkins, Table Runner (Silver or Beige), 2-3 Votive Candles per table.

Are there any decor / design restrictions? 

No glitter/ confetti or color bombs. All rigging from the ballroom ceiling must be completed by the hotel team. Additional fees apply for labor.

What is your date change/cancellation policy? 

This is discussed on a case-by-case basis.

What is the cost of parking for wedding guests? 

Discounted Self-Parking at $10/car and Discounted Valet-Parking at $17/car

How early can vendors arrive to set up at the venue?

We include a 3-hour setup time, additional setup hours are based on availability and can be added at a fee.

Will venue staff help with cleanup, and is there an added fee for this? 

Yes, hotel staff will cleanup from wedding guests, but we will not cleanup from vendors/ outside caterer.

Do the venues come with a bridal suite or changing room? 

Yes, (1) complimentary ‘Bridal Suite’ for the day of the event and (1) complimentary ‘Honeymoon Suite’ for the couple to stay in the night of the wedding event.
