Reflections on Spring Creek is an extraordinary and unique setting to host a luxury wedding in the Dallas-Frisco area. They offer exquisite outdoor gardens, waterfalls, and award-winning cuisine that’ll be sure to please your taste buds. You have the option to choose between an indoor or outdoor ceremony, with access to the entire venue and gardens. The rental rate you receive is inclusive of, but not limited to, venue access, use of decorations, and access to bridal and groom suites. Meet the Wedding Vendor
What are your different wedding packages?
- Monday to Thursday rental fee is $1,000 for a daytime event and $1,500 for an evening event
- Friday & Sunday rental fee is $2,500
- Saturday rental fee for the evening event is $4,000
- Food & Beverage Minimum is $3,000-$5,000. $40 for dinner per person; $30 for lunch per person

Do you allow for outside catering?
No, but our South Asian couples love working with our preferred partner, Vindu.
Do you allow for ceremonial fires?
Yes, we do allow ceremonial fires.
When was the venue last renovated?
April of 2019.
What all is included in the venue rental?
Ivory linens and napkins, mahogany chivari chars, tables, selection of centerpieces, china, flatware, glassware, server staff, uplights and more.
Are there any decor / design restrictions?
No confetti, loose glitter, color bombs, haze machines, fog (we do allow dry ice machines!), no loose silk petals in the garden space, and no attachments to the walls/ceilings.
What is your date change/cancellation policy?
Date change is $500 with no date changes within 3 months of the event. The cancellation policy will depend on how far out in advance the event is being canceled.
What is the cost of parking for wedding guests?
Parking is free.
How early can vendors arrive to set up at the venue?
We allow 4 hours prior to the event start, included in your rental. You can add on additional hours for $150 per hour.
Will venue staff help with cleanup, and is there an added fee for this?
Venue staff cleans up after any items the venue is providing (tables, chairs, in-house centerpieces.). We do not clean up after the client or other vendors' items. We follow a policy of anything that comes in, must go out.
Does the wedding venue come with a bridal suite or changing room?
Yes, we have a bridal suite and groom's room.
