Yes, we do allow open flame.

Do you allow for outside catering? If so, what is the fee?

Yes, we do allow outside catering. With a $50 per person fee for lunch and a $60 per person fee for dinner.

When was the venue last renovated?

The Hotel opened in 2015, with no renovation thus far.  

What all is included in the venue rental (e.g., tables, chairs, linen, etc)? 

Rental fee for the ballroom, dance floor, stage for DJ, cocktail and round tables, linens in a choice of sandalwood, ivory, burgundy or black, votive candles for centerpieces, china, glasses, and silverware. Our service team will keep the buffets clean and refreshed. We will also provide appropriate serving pieces for the food provided by the outside caters. Coffee, decaffeinated, Coffee, Hot Tea, Lemonade, and water are included for the meal only. Coffee for hospitality suites or following the meal will be an additional cost. Bottled waters are not included.

Are there any decor/design restrictions e.g., fresh flower petals, glitter, color bombs, etc?

No, we don't use confetti or glitter.

What is the cost of parking for wedding guests?

There will be $27.00 for Valet and $17.00 for self-parking.

How early can vendors arrive to set up at the venue?

Often Indian wedding decor vendors need 6-8 hours to set up.

Is there any extra fee for vendors coming early?

Yes, there will be an extra fee for vendors coming early.

Will venue staff help with cleanup, and is there an added fee for this?

Yes, our staff help with clean-up that is included in the Venue Fee.

Do the venues come with a bridal suite or changing room?

Yes, venues come with a bridal suite or changing room.
