Do you allow for outside catering (e.g., Indian food)?

Yes, we do allow outside catering plus an additional fee of $45 per person.

Do you allow for ceremonial fires?

No, we do not allow ceremonial fires or open flame.

What all is included in the venue rental?

• Complimentary stage & dance floor
• Complimentary cream colored ivory chairs
• Water/Water Stations to be provided for outside catering.
• Tables, linens, chairs, china, glassware, silverware, hot boxes, chaffers, serving pans, serving bowls, and utensils provided by Hilton.
• For outside catering, the caterer must provide their own servers. 

What is your date change/cancellation policy? 

The date change and cancellation policy will be discussed at the time of contract and depends when the contract is signed and the date of the event.

What is the cost of parking for wedding guests?

We offer complimentary self-parking. Clients can add valet but there is a cost associated with that since it would have to be an outside company to do valet.

How early can vendors arrive to set up at the venue?

It depends on the availability of the ballroom. We typically can answer that about two weeks ahead of the event. Couples are welcome to book the ballroom the night before as well but there would be a cost associated with that. Most of the time the wedding venue is available the morning of the wedding.
