I’ve known navi for years now and having her plan my wedding was nothing but stress free! We made it clear from the beginning what she would handle and what I’d handle and that made everything so easy to do! Her and her team took care of the littlest things and making sure we were on time for our events!
Can’t thank them enough!
Navi and her team did a good job when it came down to day of planning and coordinating. They were present and on time for all meetings and events. As for the pre planning I was not thrilled with. It always felt like they were trying to get more for the vendors vs the client. She never really tired to negotiate prices we had to take that into our own hands. She also waited last minute for a lot of things which ended up costing us more to rush order items. The last minute stuff did put a lot of stress on me and my family the week before the wedding
Which wasn’t ideal. We also got poor feed back from immediate family about how here team assisted them when they asked questions. With that all being said I’m still very grateful for her and her team. I will say they did a great job of making sure the bride and groom were taken cared of. I think NKP is a great fit for the bride that still wants to be involved in the process. If you are a hands off bride I would look else where.
Navi, despite her industry experience, has demonstrated an elementary skill set. Our extensive network revealed instances where she didn't prioritize our best interests in vendor contracts. We had to advocate for ourselves, managing contracts independently despite having paid for planning services. While we appreciate day-of support, transparency, and proactive advocacy were lacking in our overall experience. Disappointingly, the premium vendors we paid for delivered as expected, but we truly expected better coordination from our planning services. As the owner and operator of a high-budget wedding, we expected more from Navi and her team. We anticipated a greater level of detail-orientedness and less involvement from our end, but it became the opposite. This review aims to communicate our expectations: if you're seeking a planner to connect you with industry leaders, she's a good fit. However, if you're looking for someone who advocates for you, it's crucial to set clear boundaries and expectations from day one and request results beyond generic templates.

Navis team was helpful in finding vendors and reaching out to them. Personally, I already knew all of the vendors that I wanted to use so I didn’t need much help with that. I did feel as though we did a lot of cross checking of their work and did find some errors that had to be fixed but they didn’t really want us talking to the vendors ourselves. On the day of they were very helpful and making sure I had what I needed and very nice people! Definitely recommend for someone that has no idea what vendors to go with.
Navi and her team made my wedding weekend the most stress-free I’ve ever been!! They handled everything for me so that I didn’t have to worry at all about any mishaps that happened. I’m a planner and it was amazing to be able to trust and let go the way I did.
Navi and her team were phenomenal when it came to executing our dual ceremony and ALL of the details that went along with pleasing both sides of the family. We don't know how this wedding would've happened without her
Navi was wonderful in many amazing ways but it always felt like she was more of an advocate for the vendors than the bridal party. Their team also seemed more interested in capturing “insta” moments during the events instead of the hospitality for the close family members. I guess I was looking for a more Band Baja Baraat kind of experience but I walked away feeling like I was part of a production where the biggest priority was to get the perfect photos. I felt some key elements are missed when your focus isn’t on the hospitality aspect. I am still thankful for everything she did for us because I know these things aren’t easy
I loved working with Navi! She made me feel so comfortable and like a sister while planning my engagement party. We actually chose to switch event planners because the other planner wasn’t really working for us, and Navi literally helped me save my party! She came in about a couple months before the event and handled everything from vendors and crazy family members. Her team was sweet and easy to work with as well.
