Charged us more after the event saying our event went longer when we were not informed that they need to go prior. Doesn’t respond to calls or messages. Didn’t provide us pictures on the agreed date

Hi! Please provide your name and your wedding date so we can confirm if we provided you services or not. Regarding extended services (additional hours) we always make sure our clients know about any addition that will happen in that case. We clear all these details during the contact signage call as well as when our client ask us to extend the timings.
