The service to me was rendered. The agreement was for both me and my mom but she over charged without subtracting my deposit. They charged for services I wasn't even quoted for and the proof is in the messages. After applying mehndi to my mom they named their price. How shadey is that?!
Then she left mehndi cone pins in my carpet where 2 people were stabbed.
In the evening she sent 2 artists down to render services for my event. Girls ayarted complaining that their hands were burning and mehndi looked rotted when it dried on their hands.
I contacted Nadiya Rattnani and she denies it. I'm telling her that these things aren't right and relieved the worst customer service ever. For hurting my guests she won't take the responsibility. And we are pursuing actions against her but please don't wait money on her or her partner meena. They won't offer money back for the evening services even. Total we've spent was over 800. Please don't be careless and hire someone else.
