Review Alpha Events & Decor
Initially had a great experience with the decor and working through details with vinod. He was very helpful. His employee hina however was a complete nightmare and got really ugly with us towards the end. I wouldn't work with them if she's involved. We still have kept the screenshots. Anyways our party favors were stolen which they denied until the footage came and then they were returned a week later. That whole situation changed our whole perspective. Everything will be fine as long as you choose the person you interact with.
It really depends on the person you work with. The business is run by a husband and wife; vivod and hina. I would say if you have to deal with hina Just run away. She had the worst attitude we have ever seen. They told our little party favors and said they didn't until we caught them on camera and suddenly they magically reappeared. Vinod did a great job understanding us and the final result was great. But if I could go back in time I wouldn't work with them because the frustration and ugly attitude isn't worth it.
We have done 5 events with them so far. Their quality is great, price is highly competitive, and customer service is second to one. Alpha Decor is our go to vendor for all of our family events now.
First of all, their customer service is outstanding. We used other decorators for family events in the past. No looking back, we are locked in with Alpha!
Their prices are highly competitive, very flexible with decor options! No packages burden! Yay!!
